help...broken blackberry storm...might go on my 3rd one ill try to keep this short ive been a telus customer for 5 years, i renewed my contract 1 year early before it ended because my phone screen was cracked and i really need a new phone currently on my 3rd contract (3 years) i signed for my new phone in march of this year, the storm broke in june with no sign of water damage or any scratches on the body because i had a case for it. the screen was blank but the buttons would light up. the phone was reset couple times(taking out battery) telus rep agrees with me that the phone was fucked. telus ordered a new storm for me (1.5 weeks pass with no phone) received my brand new storm. today the phone lights up white with the screen showing "app error 205 reset". tried reseting the phone but nothing the screen shows up the same i go to telus and the salesperson told me to come back tomorrow so the tech personal could reboot the phone. i talked over with the salesperson to see if i could exchange for a blackberry curve or tour. he told me to come back tomorrow to call up loyalty for better info, he also mention that they might be able to knock off $300 the tour which i basically have to pay 300 for a new phone but im able to keep the storm which i could sell. could anyone help me out in trying to get a new phone for free? if anyone have experience this before please reply thanks for reading |
have you tried wiping yer storm with crackmem and replacing the firmware with ones found on crackberry.com? pm me i've dealt with this problem on my storm as well! |
