Maybe i am different, but before i even look at a car, i look at its potential! http://www.evosport.com/product/default.aspx?catid=179
Try Renntech too. Im sure there are pulley upgrades available. Kleeman probably makes headers and exhaust.
Google is your friend!

this car = expensive and rare mods...
keep up with maintenance and you will enjoy your ride...get greedy with boost and a new motor cost 3x the amount of the car..haha
best first mod would be K&N filters, pulley kit, then change the plugs and connectors...
Evosport is probably the best bang right now.
welcome to MB...Major Bitch.

nice pick up,
start off with a set of new headers / pulley
then work your way to the ECU and custom exhaust
and keep on going from there

big money for little gains...more bling factor.
you want gains...you spend mega bucks on parts....then spend as little as a grand for tuning, and you will shit bricks with a c32....silent sleeper with a c32 and the right mods...a decent powerchip tune yeilds sooo much power.

SL55 Intake arm with green filters
Evosport pulley
Chip it and call it a day
after that its the point of deminishing return
but after maintence you probrably can't afford mods anyways

Make sure your intercooler pump is working properly!
It is a common failure item, and you will not get any CEL.
Tranny failure is another common issue for 2002 and early 2003 C32.
To prevent the tranny failure, make sure you switch to the updated radiator.
Or else, the tranny WILL FAIL.
The heated seats and the power seat control module break easily as well.
There's a $20 fix for the module if yours ever fails (instead of paying $700 for a new module).
Family owned one before, and it is a quick machine IF everything is in working order.

Nice grab!
Yes, check the intercooler pump, that will piss you off when your getting on the throttle. Johnson CM30 pump will fit just needs to be wired or Renntech is direct drop in.
Keep it maintained and you will be happy.
Next mods?
Intake Y pipe, Pulley, ECU chip, res delete, lowering springs will get you a very stout car.
Enjoy it!
Got pictures?
