can a person track down where a person lives if they have the licence plate no?

I know ICBC has the capability to do that. I remember one of my old friends use to do insurence he said you'd be amazed at the information that ICBC has access to!

Giving out private information without consumer consent can get the agent or individual license suspended or even be fired.

Makes me wonder how impark can do it.

How does the whole impark thing work? One of my buddies got had a ticket with them, bought new license plate numbers for like $20 or something and never heard from them even months after... is this true?
