I've noticed the ad too as I'm still looking for a N97 but the price is fair/above market price so I didn't bother looking into it. I'm not sure about the price of the others.

It does seem kind of sketchy as it looks like both contact numbers are personal cell numbers and no mention of location. If its real, its most likely cash only, no receipt, no exchanges, no manufacturer's warranty.

i emailed the guy and offered striaght up cash, and he said he'd take off about 10-15$ << so that part sounds kindof legit in that he might make regular non-cash transactions.
just don't want to get a fake phone or something that breaks soon after.

i was looking for an HTC magic (unbranded) and he's selling it for about 480-490 (and thats about 100$ cheaper than phonemore)
