holy shit, when i worked at steveston about a year ago i used to eat there all the time

seriously, the food didnt taste right...

Haha looked up my restaurant, Canned food stored in washroom... bags of food observed to be stored on the floor of staff washroom XD

Now i know why we got crappy nitrile gloves, they replaced our latex gloves with nitrile ones because they don't cause allergic reactions :( they tear easily...

Some foods were on the floor of the delivery corridor.

Ensure that foods are protected when delivered. Recommend that signage and risers are provided to assist your delivery people in protecting your foods.

Re-surface these chopping blocks so that they are easy to clean.

Two wooden chopping blocks (used in the back kitchen) are no longer smooth
