Mutant mass

anyone know the best price and place to buy mutant mass?

GNC has the 15lb bag for $84, you need the gold card to get that price.

your right, not many people actually need for scoops of this at a time... remember they test sups on high performance athletes/bb.. not regular people.

i'm currently taking un xtreme weight gainer and only do 1 serving a day to be honest (spreaded out throughout the day that is of course). imo this is the best gainer in terms of protein per gram and the fat you are getting compared to others etc but i'll leave this for another rant.

i'm currently looking at 3500 calories a day, and eat about 3000? so it works out for me fine. remember food ALWAYS > sups.

You're looking at protein. This stuff has 52g of protein, and 170g of sugar. They (like every other supplement manufacturer) get around calling it "sugar" on the nutrition label by using starch and maltodextrin. but trust me, to your body it is no different from sugar.

So basically you are paying $75 or whatever for a 15 lbs bag of sugar with some protein in it. All so you can say you're getting 1000 calories per serving. 680 calories from sugar in one serving, you have no idea how bad that is for you

They are not technically lying, but 170g of carbs in this case, 5g of which is fiber, means that it has 165g of sugar per serving. Just that most of the carbs in there is just 1 or 2 molecules away from being sugar so they can technically call it a starch. It is sugar though.

It would actually make a fine PWO if not for the fat. As it is now, I don't see much use for it.. It's not like it would make a good MRP even at half serving, as it is just sugar. Drink it like dessert I guess, it's not like you are able to get fat with your genetics

Yeah, refeeds are awesome when cutting, and very helpful, IMO

Eat nothing but meat and fat and veggies for a week, and you get so fucking pumped after eating a whole pizza. Yum!
