It would actually make a fine PWO if not for the fat. As it is now, I don't see much use for it.. It's not like it would make a good MRP even at half serving, as it is just sugar. Drink it like dessert I guess, it's not like you are able to get fat with your genetics  | |

Yeah, refeeds are awesome when cutting, and very helpful, IMO
Eat nothing but meat and fat and veggies for a week, and you get so fucking pumped after eating a whole pizza. Yum!
