VIP Modular Wheels began production development and testing in 2005, with the sole idea of individualization and performance for world-class vehicles. Custom build-to-order, ultra high quality forged modular wheels and absolutely zero compromise is Modular Wheel's pursuit. Each wheels starts life as a 6061 billet aluminium disc which has been heat treated to T6 standars refining structural grain direction along with the wheels spokes. From there each center disc profile is placed on a lathe and Compunter Numerical Control mils where each design is transferred from 3D CAD engineeered draweing to exact wheel ordered by our discerning customers. Then the center disc are prepped and finished applied in the state-of-the-art downdraft paint booths and then cured for durability. After finishing, the US patented rims halves also manufactured out of aerospace grade 6061-T6 aluminium are assembled together with the center disc using military-spec stainless fasteners and hand assembled assuring precise results every thime. Each wheel is tested for proper run-out and meticulously inspected before being delivered. Alll wheels exceed SAE-J2530 fatigue/rolling resistance and CASS corrosion test standards.
