| How to set up Voicemail for Iphone 3g, for Fido
I realy dont want to call in and listen to that stupid bullshit automatic voice machine crap.. i already went into fido and they said call, how
so would anyone know how to set up the voicemail iphone package for the iphone? im using fido and cant figure it out.. i already have the iphone voicemail package... any help would be great

When you get into the "Phone" from the iPhone, look at the bottom right.
It should be "voice mail", click on that.
The default passcode should be the last 4 numbers in your phone number; then press "#" after the 4 numbers.
After that, just follow the directions.

it doesnt allow me to click on it... no password screen pops up... crap maybe when i lost my phone, i set up a new sim card, and did not get the iphone simcard?? is there a certain sim card i need, for the iphone voicemail to work?

Do you have visual voicemail on your plan...? It needs to be enabled, it won't work if you only have normal voicemail.

i have the iphone voicemail package or whatever its called, its not the enhanced voice mail where you say a message and it will play it on voicemail.... its the automated voice mail with the lady saying "you've reached 778-xxx-xxx, Leave message or whatever..
my question, when i lost my iphone i had to get a new simcard, i got a new simcard and had to use some shitty phone till i get a new iphone, sooooooo is there 2 certain sim cards? like certain kind for iphones and certain kind for shitty phones?

There is no special sim card for iPhones. It is just like any other.
That is unless you used a chip on the sim card to unlock the phone.
But i doubt that is the case here.

ok i still cant get the voicemail to work...any ideas? nothing at all happens when i click voicemail.. is there a setting i have to change befor i click the voicemail button?? i looked everywhere and cannot get it to work
