apple store. had to make an appointment a week in advance -_-.
if u get the data plan, it should be $199 for the 16gig or $299 for the 32 gig. they kept saying i'd have to pay $299 for a 16gig (even with a hardware upgrade + data added).

i got mine at rogers in brentwood yesterday, they had 16 and 32 in stock. rogers on henning and boundaryish has 32 in stock as well
