Problem has been resolved,
fyi, I went with greens, they did an awesome job with the wheel

Semi related, how much does green charge for crub/scrapped rims? curbed 2 rims within a week fml.

it depends on what kind of finish and how bad the damage is. i had curb rash on about 1/5th of a circumference of a machined lip, and i was charged $150 for it, + re/re the tire.

I'm not sure, best to call in and ask. I was charged $200 for fixing a bend in the wheel (city paying for repairs). I'm sure if its curbed they would charge differently since it wouldn't need as much labor.
