Where can i get this fixed? It wont scroll right. Can JP fix it?

which blackberry do you have? certain models you can just pop it out without removing the blackberry pieces apart and clean it as is.

Search youtube for some Disassembly videos. If not JP can fix anything.

same problem i have a 8300, mine doesn't go up. im just ripping mine out from my friend's old bb and using it on mine. hopefully his works.

The trackball on my Bold got stuck a few months back. I turned the phone upside down, pushed in and rolled the trackball around for a bit. Then i took compressed air to blow it out. Hasn't gotten stuck since. It's just dirt that gets in that causes it to get stuck.

^ or you can get the old mouse trackball dirt/grime stuck to the rollers. that happened to me and i had to take the whole thing apart and used a needle to scrape it out. wasn't fun at all.
