Crazy text messages (882 country code)

So I have a student who is getting creeped out.

He's receiving random texts from someone who SEEMS to be watching him or observing him in some way or another--getting messages in class and at home when he's nodding off (literally "Don't sleep!" in class, and "Good night" when heading to bed)

The country code is +882, and it's coming from region code 34; this tracks back to a company called "Global Networks Inc" located in swizerland. It seems that they are a back-end hardware company, so we've no idea where this is coming from.

The person doesn't answer when asked who they are, nor do they reply to any type of question or interrogation.

Is there ANY way to track down who's doing this? I have the number in case anyone needs the full number for back-end whatevering, but it's seriously creepy. 5ish messages a day.

Halp?

Can you post the number where the messages are coming from?

Edit: Somebody is using this program on their iPhone - Global.AQ which is developed by Global Networks Inc.

if nothing works out, it's time to install something like iBlacklist or a call manager

the problem usually goes away. it's the interaction or response that keeps it going, be it a person or a machine

it is probably an internet text message
if you call fido they should be able to block internet sms

in my case I can login to fido account , and there is an option there to disable block internet text message.

but yea. if someone is stalking , and the stalker is creepy enough, that might not do anything, but at least he/she won't get weird messages all the time
