Just picked the Mk6 up! I can't drive tonight... must finish paper. Good thing I don't have windows looking over the car, and that it's black. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to stop looking.

5. I drive too many people too often to have only 3 doors. Plus I like 5 door better!

^Pics dont do the new GTI any justice. The tailights (especially) look funky in pics, but actually suits the 'new edge' look of the MK^6 very well when you see it in person..
I'm jealous

i was staring at one last night and not appreciating the fact that they've taken off the side mouldings. i agree the look is cleaner without them, but with all the damage inflicted by other parking lot morons on the mouldings on my mk5 i can't help but imagine what mk6 owners are going to be in for

^My 20AE did not have a single door ding on my car for the 2 yrs I've owned it..
You just have to park strategically (even if it means you have to park at the farthest available corner stall), and you don't park at any Richmond establishments in general.. LOL

LOL | However eventually some dick will park right beside you, even with 5000 other parking spots that are closer to the store/mall/restaurant.
I've tried my best to park strategically with my car, but I've still got a couple small dings, however pretty sure one is from someone at work lol
The second one (smallest) was from someone driving a red s13 at the revscene spring meet last year

I promised you guys some pictures... and here they are! Just follow the link to my Flickr page, too lazy to post all (6) of them. This was done in 10 minutes outside my house, haha.
Sorry for the dirtiness, stupid frost melted, turned into water and left marks all over the car. http://www.flickr.com/photos/diondit...7622797657009/

^Trust me, go look at one in person.. I used to think a MK5 R32 was the best looking 'GTI' ever, until I saw the MK6
You should get the ABT grille, but please please please don't get the rest of the kit..
