bold keeps restarting
 

everything I insert the battery my bold will go say wiping up to 12% then it will restart. has it happen to anyone before?

Never happened to me though

well 1st thing you did wrong is enter batter in your bold

no matter how you wipe, you just can't get the batter out.


and no I never put batter in my phone.... it's just kinda weird.










on a serious note try this, pull the battery out and plug it in to the charger then put the battery in, that might work

actually i just dealt with this issue. my bold has been doin this for months now.

call blackberry tech support (on rogers) and they will walk through the update process with u (even if uve done it yourself already... make sure u have about 1 hour to kill as it takes a while

if the next day it still does this, call rogers again and demand a replacement phone.
