I just got my new Tour and it always shows that I'm roaming. Will this charge me on my next phone bill? Or is it because it's a Bell phone? I'm in coverage area so I'm not sure why it keeps on showing it.
A lot of phones show that you are 'roaming' when you're on Fido, cuz technically Fido is roaming on Rogers' network.
You won't get charged for roaming unless the network name on the standby says something other than Fido/Rogers, like AT&T/T-Mobile.

wouldn't it be already unlocked if he is already using it with Fido and can see that it is roaming?

He never said he was using it with Fido. If he were though, it would likely show "Roaming" as the phone isn't on Bell, which it should be. AFAIK if it's not a local Bell network (i.e. 604), it will show "Roaming."
