Contact Lens - which brand do you use?

So I been using Acuvue Oasys and I want to try other brand, like Focus Night and Day (monthly), or Proclear Compatibles 8.2 or 8.6

So, which brand name do you use?
Anyone know if monthly contract or better than biweekly type?

My optometrist recommended Acuvue Oasys over the Dailies.
I like the Acuvue Moist 1-Day ones because I can just chuck them in the trash at night.
The bi-weekly ones is alright. I currently use Oasys as well.

whether you should use daily, bi-weekly or monthly really depends on how well you clean your contacts and how prone you are to having protein build-up on your lenses, you can't really just expect people who don't know the health of your eye to give you suggestions that will work for you. people can only tell you what has worked for them.

go talk to your optometrist and tell them you want to try new lenses.

I use coopervision encore spheres. I've been using them ever since I started wearing contacts (15 years). My optomitrist recommended that I try 02 optix which I did about a year ago but they immediately dried up in my eyes and became uncomfortable so i switched back to coopervision. These contacts never dry up on me.

I have been using Frequency 55 Aspheric for at least 8 years now and I've been thoroughly impressed. Through that time my prescription has gone from -1.0 to -1.25, but the stronger lenses work equally well.

My optometrist also said that if I clean the lenses thoroughly, they should last up to 6 weeks, which ends up saving me money.
