Fido user - txt issue ? Sever Problem ?

Im using Fido as my carrier
Do you guys encounter reciveing multiple identical txt msg ?

Lately I notice my phone been reciveing the same msg over and over again, and when im trying to send out text msg, it didnt go thru the first or 2nd attempt.

(My reception for these occasion are at 5/5 bar)

i had that happen for the longest time and the text message would be like 5 hours from the past (it would be 5pm and the text message would say 12pm even though someone just sent it) ...i got used to it but when i did a system upgrade on the phone the problem stoped
