facebook on BB 8900, Help!
 

For some reason im not getting any sort of notification from my facebook account on my Blackberry anymore. I used to get it, now i dont.

kinda long to explain, but if anyone could help me out, it'd be great.
I use to get the red asterisk on the corner of the FB icon on my BB whenever i got any "wallpost, invitations, etc", but for some reason, that stopped happening. Even when i click on the FB icon and then go into the Notification sub file, it would list what kinds of notifications i just received, and received in the past.

Nothing would appear any more. but when i click on the icon and go to 'go to mobile site', then i would be able to see that it has "1 new notification" or whatever it is.

Kinda complicated trying to type it out. But if anyone has any suggestions on what i can do, please let me know.

Go to FB, Options. Run the setup wizard, and select the e-mail you want associated with it.

It should give you a notification (the F with a star up in the left top corner) once you do that.

the email associated has to be associted with your blackberry as well.

sometimes it takes a while for it to update (this error is on facebook side) one night i had 5 notifications at 2am when they were posted alot earlier in the day.

a trick i've done to make it work was use a different email, and it starts working again.
