If you have a Borderless account with TD, their rates are pretty competitive. It's within half a cent of VBCE. That's close enough for me not to stand in the 15 person deep line ups at VBCE.

Dollar is really good. Went to Pt. Roberts to pick up some auto parts that was shipped there. Long lineup, I guess everyone is shipping stuff there to take advantage of the dollar.

Great if you are buying stuff from the States but not so good when exchanging from USD to CAD. I wish it just feel a little since I need to make a USD to CAD exchange.. if it stays like this I'll lose at least a few hundred bucks, phuck.

I'm with TD. Anyone know if they will give a better exchange or Vancouver Bullion?

holy fuck wish I exchanged my US to Canadian yesterday or earlier today.
$0.948 USD this morning = $1.00 CAD
now 1/1.. big jump.

edit: now $0.939 US :fulloffuck: .. maybe my windows 7 exchange app is fuked.

A month ago I spent 784 to get 800 USD. last we I spent 515 to get $500 USD :( and it's going lower each week

Yeah, it was never 1:1. Its currently at 1:0.9476.

I wouldn't worry too much. When the next bill comes in, I would expect the US to drop even more.
