Near par for me is around the 98 cent mark. I want to convert large sums of CDN currency to US dollars so the difference between 94 and 98 is pretty big atm.

if your place is min. 10k to exchange then i think VBE is pretty darn good. imo.

and afaik, VBE is just a fraction more than market rate? so I don't see how it can get better than that..
