what exactly are you trying to get to work? A locked phone or an ESN onto either Bell or Telus network?

i bought a samsung phone used and i went to use it and the esn is locked, just wanna know if there is anyway to get it to work

If you've called telus and it's flagged as a stolen or lost phone they may or may not put it your account for you. Before buying the phone, you should he calling telus to verify the Esn is not flagged as lost or stolen
