If you had a car like that and got a ding... that would be depressing.
But at the same time, if don't have a car like that and see somebody parking 2 spots.. then I'd hate the guy too.

My car's worth a fraction of the SLR, and I still get mad when I get a ding.

To limit my chances of dings, I don't park in narrow spots (or cases where one or both cars on either side are parked poorly), or I look for spots beside a wall, pillar, etc. Isn't that common sense?

everyones forgetting the car has gullwing doors, im pretty sure hed have a hard time opening the door if the car next to him was less than 2 ft away, it probably doubles in width with both doors fullly open

you know the whole body of SLR is carbon, right? this is not your typical honda or acura.

i see exotics taking two spots in lots all the time. the end of story for owners is getting a warning or ticket for $25 and pissing some people off. whoopdeedo.

I dunno. If I had an exotic, I would want to protect it from damage, but taking up two parking spots just seems like such a douchebaggy thing to do.
