if i remember clearly, the site did have 2 sections for data(one for regular data and one for BIS data)

is my 6gb data plan that was put onto the account around the end of july2009 compatible with BIS service?
this will make or break my phone purchase..i either stick with n97 or move to a berry | THIS IS FOR FIDO

Just stick with your n97, it's probably better than any Crapberry anyway

Get a lavender CrackMerry 8520. I hear that colour is really manly this season.
Also, I doubt that the 6GB plan will work with BIS unless they freely migrate you to the BB 6GB plan. From what I've heard before, the plans are separate because of the way data works on BIS, all that compressed shiznit and whatnot. I say keep bugging them on the phone. Get it straight from the horse's (or the dog's, as it were) mouth.

blackberry data plan and the normal data plan are not compatible~ otherwise there's no need to have 2 different plan option to confuse ppl. from what i've been told the data encryption/compression is different
