i donno, im chinese, im pretty big, i float, but what you see as scrony skinny asians, are actually malnurished asians. unhealthy lifestyle and quality of living overseas. im not saying third world, but dang.
if north america had the same diet mentality as asians overseas, but still in keeping with the some what healthy, some what active lifestyle here, ull see a less fat ppl like me.

im guessing genes or something, my dad is chinese and eats a shit load and doesnt get fat, lots of greasy and junk food.
i also heard that asians are serious dieters , i dont no how much truth there is to that though
