Theres like a 1mm gap beside the lcd. Dont notice it really.

I had to glue the top cover to the bezel, which sucked.

same thing with mine, a larger gap between the lcd and top. nothing to glue tho...

you can try the otterbox commuter. it has a hard shell so its easy to pull out of pockets.

I like the otterbox but sometimes I like to change it up. Look up epik resin case on ebay. It has a clear silicone look but its slippery like plastic.

Found a way to lock your gps in to be accurate. As you know the gps is inaccurate by like 2 blocks in areas like downtown.

Go outside with your bold

Options

Type "test"

Select start with track pad

Select gps

Select run

Press track pad

Select start fixing

If it doesn't time out you're good

It works better when I'm outside but when I'm in a building at work or at home it's still kinda off.

ive been using a resin case from capdase since dec
they are great!

Got my 9700 today. Upgrading from a Tour.

Loving the trackpad so far, my trackball was getting terrible on the tour.

Upgrading to .586 now, can't really notice much of a difference in the firmware tough as I haven't been using it at all.

Gh0stRider your phone looks awesome! I'm loving the black matte bezel, I'm thinking of doing that myself. Don't know whether to order form Truesupplier or SW-box, I've been hearing mixed reviews about both. Cnn.cn seems to be better than these two but a lot more expensive :(

just got white housing changed + led turned to blue :D, running .586, and so far so good! got my tmobile phone swapped to a rogers one, and the 3g speeds are awesome!

I have another housing in place
most likely gonna go with a blue bezel or matteblack bezel

Does anyone know if it's possible to have the phone search for contacts by number? Like you can search for a contact by just inputting their name on the home screen, but is it possible to do the same, but with a number?

The LEDs are on the mainboard. Most likely used a blue cellophane sheet and laid it over top the LEDs
