Only if you have a data plan to begin with. BBM will not work at all if you don't have a data plan. Good when you're roaming I guess

no one answered if the themes would work on a 9000 but im gonna assume they do. if my assumption is correct, i have every right to be angry.

it says in the applications list that the themes are installed but all i see in the damn themes menu is "Precision Zen"

WTF!

If my assumption is wrong, ignore this post

No one answered because the answer is very simple.

Bold 9000 and Bold 9700 have DIFFERENT resolutions, therefore would not work for your phone.

There's a reason I posted it in the Bold 9700 thread. Sorry I don't have any themes for 9000.

For the MMBrisk, there's an update to 1.6, I suggest you all try it, it's absolutely brilliant.

If shit doesn't work, tell them to back up their important info like appointments, contacts, BBM, etc. Then tell them to use JL_CMDER to wipe their BB, and use BDM to reinstall the OS. Takes about 30 minutes.

They'll have to reinstall apps btw.

its a nice theme and all, but i noticed theres a bit of lag now that i am using this theme. also is there a way to remove the sms section only from the middle? dont know why they even put sms in that section when it shows up under messages too. i would like to keep the calender and messages there.

1)After every theme install, pull the battery out of the phone (while it's on, "battery pull") for 5-10 minutes and then turn the phone back on.

2)Ensure your phone memory isn't too occupied (deleting old themes, applications etc).

3)hold ALT + type LGLG , delete the event log

do you have dial from homescreen enabled?

if it is, disable it and try that.

yes the very first thing i did was battery pull when i noticed the lag

will try the delet event log thing.

and it kinda sucks not to be able to dial from home screen.

So i'm assuming disabling dial from homescreen made it work?

I thought it sucked too, but now i'm used to the shortcuts.

so instead of right away typing in the name of the person you want to dial/text, push either "a" for contacts, or the dial button to open call log and from there proceed to typing their name in.
