My dad changed the password to 9 and its fine. But my youtube videos never load, unless using 3g

Anyone install the newest 6OS leak? Is it better then the previous 6OS leak?

just got a 9700 from craigslist and just going to play with it for the while..
is there a way to unlock the bb for free? any generators or whatsoever?

All OS installs are like that with the berry.

Do a battery pull, leave the battery out for 5 minutes.

Start it up again. Battery pull one more time

Leave it out for like 2 minutes.

Then it should be good. Takes a few days of usage for the battery/memory leak to go away too.

updated mine today to the new leak and one issue i found is that when i created a downloads folder, it made a double; so now theres 2 of them. after a battery pull the double went away, but after a while i checked my phone and the folder just disappeared (not deleted). i probably battery pulled my phone like 6 times today... hope it's not damaging to the phone...

just did another battery pull, folder is still missing but i am able to access the apps through search =.=

another bug i found is that randomly an icon in my favorites tray will go missing and i have to re mark it as a favorite

Ok its been two days since I did the update and all seems good now, there seems to be a few bugs here and there, and the occasional lag(which makes me over scroll the menus all the time), but everything seems good to me.

They still havnt intergrated a more advanced alarm yet, shitty ass RIM

Edit: oh another thing that annoys me is not being able to customize the trays, there's 2 trays that I don't use and don't want, its the "frequent" and "downloads" tray.

Anyone else having a problem with push emails?

I registered a hotmail account with my Blackberry, but it won't receive emails. It can only send them..

the only problem im having now is the app error and my fone resets

Ugh, it's not downloading my emails either. I know before when I had a BB, it would download like all the latest emails.

I don't know if it's an OS issue or an issue with BIS either.

When I add my Gmail account, it sends me an activation confirmation message, but I don't get that with my Hotmail.

bis email is slow. i forward my email to my gmail account, and its gets the emails before my blackberry will get it.

I think the number one thing that bugs me is that I'm not getting emails when I should.

I mean I keep getting this one:

Anyone elses browser have problems loadin pages on os6? My browser crashes from time to time with an error "this page is too big something something"

Just upgraded from the first leak to 6.0.0.358, it feels a little snapier.

and my browser does that as well - like trying to load the engadget proper site... but I just assumed it was too many picture.

How the hell do I tether this phone with a mac.... I've done so many google searches, nothing works...

Can anyone give me the link to download Rogers' My Account?

I can't get it since I'm on OS6, and Rogers thinks it's a 9800.

yeah checked already all sold out for the ones that were newer. tried crystal mall but i have to get the whole housing which, at the moment i dont need/want. though didnt check all stores. if anyone know anywhere or anyone please tell me haha

I bought one a while back at www.truesupplier.com not sure if they still have them. You can also try www.sw-box.com... ebay should have some too. I don't know any local stores that sell them seperately.
