Hey guys. My iphone 4 got stolen last week so I decided to pick up a bold. In fact I'm typing with It right now! What do I need to know about it? Is there like a jailbreak or whatever or does blackberry not need it? Where can I download fonts and which font do you guys recommend? Where can I download themes and how do I install them? Thanks if help is possible. Hope I made the right choice for picking up a bb. I can type fast but my hand get cramps haha Posted via RS Mobile | |

There's no jailbreak as you can download and install any 3rd party app, I do not believe that you can get new fonts, but you can change the font by going options>screen/keyboard, and there's many sites where you can download themes from, i recommend downloading through blackberry app world or just find them and download them OTA through 3rd party sites.

A very simple and clean theme that shows off your wallpaper. I've tried other themes, but I have always come back to this theme.

lol you blackberry people on this thread are so much more helpful than the iphone 4 guys lol..
loving the blackberry interface.. very fast and smooth.. only thing that really pisses me off is the loading times :/ i love the calendar i dont believe any calander out there is better!
right now the only cons about the bb is the loading speeds and lack of development in bb's.. but i guess i can live without the games and widgets.. ...for now... LOL..
picked up another iphone 4.. but the bb will always be in the car as a backup phone..

I believe you're on OS5 right now correct? You can upgrade to OS6 if you'd like, however OS6 doesn't have any supported themes, so you're stuck with a screen like this:

i have a bunch of tamiya cans.. if i fuck up i can just spray paint it black or plastidip it for a leathery feel d:
decided to order the pink.
i got 3 9000's btw.. got them for dirt cheap cause they are depreciating so bad

okay so i just ordered 3 housings lol
ive seen alot of blackberries with alot of random colors on them 
okay that one was kinda ugly lol
thinking of maybe doing a hybrid with my initials on the squares..
but seeing that all the keys are attached together is it possible?
took apart the berry today and saw that the keys are glued to the sheet of rubber and kinda suctioned in
i wonder if i can take apart the keys and put my own choice of color keys on it?
i have donor berry to do it so not much to worry about if it fails..
you guys think it will work?
how bout if i just do it by rows?
the bezel wont be chrome btw lol
