The S Class is sleeker and sporty where as the 7 series is bulky. That been said the new 7 Series, in person, isn't that bad looking and the interior in the new 7 series is amazing and imo is much nicer compared to the S class.

the design of the new 7 series is somewhat awkward IMO... the S Class seems like a more classy and sleek car and has a more commanding presence...
S63 or S65 are way better cars IMO... must have one one day!!!
