Fooking wind storm in June. Knocked my power out and found my deck chairs in my alley. FailFish

HonestTea 06-12-2015 03:45 AM

Windy as hell outside!

Euro7r 06-12-2015 07:33 AM

My power was out. Woke up to bright sunshine this morning and looked at my clock, 3am and was thinking, wtf, sun out so early lol.

The_AK 06-12-2015 07:41 AM

Got out side this morning and saw tree branches surrounding my car, found one in the door handle

Gumby 06-12-2015 09:06 AM

The wind moved my 150+ lb barbeque! Or someone tried to steal it...

MG1 06-12-2015 10:18 AM

Probably some skinny crackhead who couldn't lift it.

Yeah branches all over road at Burnaby Golf Course.

Tone Loc 06-12-2015 02:22 PM

Last night I came home a little late and didn't get into my "usual" corner spot on the street as another car had parked there.

Today I woke up to see a large mass of tree branches (about half the size of my car) sitting on the ground where I usually park my AE86.... dodged a bullet with that one!

Damm, I don't remember it being this windy in years. I went to get groceries not to bad, leave grocery store it's like the Wizard of Oz leaves blowing all over the place dust in my eyes to the point I can barely see squinting and walking back to the car, trees down all over the place in my short drive home.

xxxrsxxx 08-29-2015 11:11 AM

Was wondering If there is a power outage at work, are employers required to send you home?

westopher 08-29-2015 12:12 PM

Well that would probably depend on your job now wouldn't it. All right doctors, powers out, head home guys....

I have some 5' + plants in my back yard getting blown around and I'm worried. Couldn't find rope so I used floss to hold them in place hahaa

All hospitals have emergency back up generators that run on diesel and will last for days thankfully
