that's it. i'm putting my summers back on. i hate my snow tires with a passion and it doesn't look like the white stuff is coming anytime soon. it's not *that* much effort to swap it back anyway haha.

Is it really safe to run summers now? Average temperature is around 7-8 degrees in the day plus its going to be cold and raining a lot soon.

so its coming up to the first of march, the weather doesnt seem to be getting any colder, just wetter. I think its time to put the rims back on!

Need to run a 15mm spacer (or at least keep around) on the fronts as i plan on doing the LS400 caliper swap this year... hope it fits!

I torque mine by feel, I've never had a wheel come off on any of my cars and i've pushed them pretty hard.

^^ You can't go wrong by having one. With that said, I finally got one this year when I found a good one on sale.

Never had a wheel come off on me in the last 12 years. Everyone's all worried about getting torque right down to spec. While it'd be nice to get it bang-on, everything has a design factor/allowance built in. Buy one if it fits your budget.

Found this torque wrench on sale at Canadian Tire. Looks to be pretty good, great reviews and all. Thought I'd share.
