Pretty much any Lexus/Toyota dealership will cover you on that. If anyone else knows of a shop that does it as well, you might as well put it in here too.

They wont program used fobs. You have to buy it from them and have that metal tag that has the ID code...along with proof of ownership. Otherwise, they probably will charge you an arm and a leg to set new codes in the ECU.

Im pretty sure you're going to have to go into the Lexus dealership to get something like that done.
I was told by them that if i ever lose one of my keys, only they could replace it. Not sure if you could get it done anywhere else.

broadway locksmith, on broadway by cambie.

i had my 98-05 key cut there.

the key itself you have to buy either from dealership or look on ebay for blanks.

as for programming it, u need that done at the dealership.

the smart keys can only be programmed when they're NEW... i don't know why... apparantly, used keys cannot be programmed... so DO NOT buy them used...

I had my 02 IS300 key cut and programmed there. The old white people working there seems to know what they're doing. I bought my blank key off ebay.
