I'm sorry man, but where have you been??!?!?! Telus AND Bell went HSPA last week. They both use USIMs now.

A lot of users are complaining about freezing problems, and verizon has already announced an update slated for early December.

I hope the GSM version will be more stable...there's something about this phone that makes me want to try it out.

I always said Motorola had good hardware, but was always plagued by a horrible OS and now with Android, they might actually be onto something. (Anybody that had a V60, V600, Razr would know what I'm talking about)

The device has to be 3G if you wanted to use it on Bell/Telus since they built their 3G HSPA network ontop of a CDMA one, there's no 2G/Edge to fall back on.

I was referring to the NAM HSPA version that Telus should be getting. It'll likely have GSM for roaming, but obviously not used domestically on Telus as they don't have GSM.

So i ported a version of Eclair (2.0) onto my Magic. And its SUPER slick, even on slower partially unsupported hardware. Now I really can't wait for the MILESTONE!!

and how about supporting the current android phones by releasing a damn update already!

1.6 has been out for a while now.
2.0 and 2.1 has been released since then, but may never make it to the Magic and Dream, but for god's sake, release Donut! (1.6)

im waiting for a chance to full use droid for a day or two to really find out what this bad boy is about
