anti-vip 11-14-2009 06:47 AM

how the fuck do you mount them?.....

TRD Rs200 11-14-2009 09:07 AM

not on car = fail

!Aznboi128 11-14-2009 09:19 AM

rubber band

!SG 11-14-2009 10:02 AM

i dont even want to attempt to mount those tires.

25 series is already pretty tough, even with the right machine!

Leopold Stotch 11-14-2009 11:53 AM

^don't think i've seen anything less than 30s..

You need more than 3 guys depressing the tire for you while you mount. 4 people job!!! :lol

vexor 11-14-2009 12:25 PM

isn't it just simpler to paint the edge of the rim black?

!e.lo_ 11-14-2009 12:47 PM

just wait, there will be someone out there stupid enough to drive with these on.
purely show, of course... yea the super low-pro look..

i wonder, is there even much air? or just all rubber.

Well if you look at the title of the article, it says: "SEMA Scraps: 15-series tire from Nexen barely holds air".............................................. .................................................. .....Does that answer your question?

i did read the fuckin article for your information.
little air doesnt necessarily mean its a tubeless system. hell it could be rubber all the way through.
the tweel doesnt hold any air at all, but its not an enclosed system, what would you call that?

Nexen should spend their money advancing their brand quality and marketing, not wasting it on garbage like this.

Will Castro at Unique autosports can mount them.

!Aznboi128 11-14-2009 07:11 PM

^ our boys at Advance motors can do it!

!SG 11-14-2009 07:29 PM

yeah they should be able to.

i gave kevin, the new guy, the oppurtunity to mount and dismount my 275/30/20s and then to up the anti, my 245/30/20s.

showed him what to look for, and like with sex, there is always time for lube! :D

he's got it down... no worries.

skyxx 11-15-2009 12:05 AM

And what do you think it is they are doing with the world's first 15 series tire?

Just like Kumho with their coloured smoke drift tires and lavender smell tire?

Mhmm, I see......

!SG 11-15-2009 07:10 AM

my concern with such a thin tire is there isnt enough side wall to stretch to lock the bead onto the tire.

one pot hole and ur wheels are done! the tire gives u that little bit of cushion

Mugen EvOlutioN 11-15-2009 08:42 AM

insane, 365 tires....

15 series sidewall is gonna pop, or at least seems tat way

shenmecar 11-15-2009 10:43 AM

Thats where it belongs, in a glass display case. If we put those on a car, the driver will have his spleen turned to dust.
