data plan problem?

I am just curious if there is anyway to lock data up from a phone. I borrow a Htc phone (rogers locked) for the weekend, and I dont want to accidentally be charged for data usage because i dont have a data plan. I want to just use the Wi-fi on the phone if i ever needed to browse internet in my bathroom while pooping.

How can I lock the data usage up, should i call my rogers CSR? or can i just disable it from the phone.

Phone Rogers and tell them to block data from your phone just to be sure.
