I let you guys talk me into trying Still Creek again, NEVER AGAIN.

Sat in the drive through on a weekday night at like 9:30 PM with no cars moving (only 5 cars in the lane) for 10 minutes. Ended up giving up and getting out of the drive through and headed to the Boundary location.

It's such a better location, never a wait, food is fresh, and it's generally always pretty dead.

Haven't hit Mcdonalds all month since A&W brought back their $3.99 Teen Burger deal. When the cheapest big mac is $3 on Canucks game days, and the far superior Teen is a dollar more its a no brainer. Too bad today is the last day for that deal. Back to McDonald's coupon hunting

One year, it started in early May. I searched to no avail for 2022 dates.

Hasn't double dipping gone for awhile now? Back when they first introduced points and any unused app credit was converted to points.

Really not liking the points system, I've lost like a couple thousands of pts because of expiry !!

Does anyone know how long pts last before they vapourize? It doesn't feel very long ... 3 months? 6 months?

i want to say its one year but not 100 percent

Just looked it up on their website - pts lasts six month.

I always check to make sure I use them up before they're all gone.

There is a mcdonalds near my house and I will go ahead and tell you this mcdonalds is one of the worst when it comes to service and speed.

We almost always use the drive thru. And 9/10 times, they always make you pull over and park in the parking lot to wait extra long for your order. And we're not talking complicated orders here. All I want is 6 nuggets lol.

This is AFTER waiting in the big long line to order, then pay, then only to finally pull up to the final window and be told to go park next to all the other poor saps waiting for their food.

A couple nights ago was especially bad. After waiting about 20 mins, they finally walk out with my food (as slow as possible, with no urgency) and sure enough, it's the wrong order (I always check because I'd say 25% of the time my order is wrong, or they've forgotten something like a straw or dipping sauce, etc). So then I have to go inside now and ask them to fix it! So what is the point of a drive thru haha.

This happens more often that not. It's not a 1 out of 20 situation.

Normally I would guess this is because of short staffing, but when you walk in there's like 20 people behind the counter lol.

I think it's just very disorganized and poorly managed. I understand it's a lot of kids doing their first job, so I don't mean to put blame on them. More the management/ownership.

Anyways, it's frustrating because this is our neighbourhood mcdonalds, and the only reason you'd go there is you want food FAST after a long day and you are starving. And yet speed and accuracy is something they don't seem to have figured out, and no way to really address it other than ranting online to a bunch of strangers lol.

Which location do we can avoid

I left a really nasty Google review cause I waited more than 20 minutes. It was a curb side pick up.

By the time I was frustrated and stormed into the building, they just started walking out with my food which wasn't even warm at this point

That was the 1st location that came to my mind!

Kingsway and Victoria is not bad but then, I usually just get a coffee through the Drive-thru, hard to mess that up.

If it's not rush hour I will literally drive to the McDonalds on Main St in North Van for better service and better food.
