6'0 155-160lbs body fat hovering around 6%.. mcdonald 2-3 times a week, other fast food(subway a and w, taco bell, pizza etc) 4 or 5 times a week. Problem, birchum.

ohhhhhh had a late night Mushroom Swiss snack last night ... dammmmm good

Same as you man, mcdicks about 3x a week, and other fast food too. And I use butter when I cook at home. 5'6, 125 lbs. I'm skinny as a stick, no cholesterol problems.

had a angus deluxe and dam it was good. Patty was a little dry but fresh veggies and good bun made up for it.

Ever try the ones that you find in your cupholder, or in the console? The ones that have been there for at least six months? They're actually pretty good. A little hard, LOL, but good otherwise. Gotta try it with really old ketchup...... the kind that has gone a lighter shade of black.

Yeah, old McDonald frieds aren't bad as well.

However, the secret to getting fresh fries is to ask for no salt. They have to give you a new batch and the best part? They normally use the same scoop for the fries and there salt on there anyways.

tried the bacon angus burger last night with large fries $5.58

Had the bacon deluxe angus and the mushroom swiss today, it was really dry and sort of a let down, had to force myself to eat it.

i thought the promotions are until the 22nd

Had the mushroom/swiss angus burger tonight after the game and it was pretty damn good!

Definitely my pick of the 3. Now if McD's used real cheddar like they did with their old angus set in the other deluxe/bacon cheddar, then I'd be picking the Deluxe.
