^You gotta really want it mang. I often regret having McDonalds right after (or the day after), but few things in life compel me to do awful acts like the smell (or thought of the smell) of McDonalds fries does. And the thought of a McDouble "like a Mac".

Just bought the Olympic Fan pack last night at 1am and FUCK did it hit the spot!

Eating McD to some is comparable to not drinking milk for a long time and then suddenly having a cup. You better book the bathroom, and bring with you a can of febreeze.

It's all about consistency.

bcrdukes 01-31-2014 12:32 PM

how do you guys do it ? i really wanna know
I mean I just had a shot of espresso for the first time in about 5 years (double shot Agustino Forest Columbia ristretto pulled extra short) and it was even more disgusting than I remember it, the espresso literally defied logic, there were notes of apple and pomegranate on it but yet it was still super acidic... and the aftertaste, all I could taste was fig fig fig, the shot was too thin to taste like anything... the sparking water to cleanse my palette didn't really taste like anything even after I swooshed it around my mouth

Dat feel when you get a meal with two cups, two fries and meant for 2 people but it's actually all for yourself.

m3thods 01-31-2014 02:06 PM

At first I thought that was a good idea when I opted to use a 2 can dine for myself. I even pussied out and "only" got a filet and 6 piece. Damnit did I pay for it afterwards :okay:

Never again I told myself after that fateful day.

You mean the one they put in the Wraps?? ...not a fan

I'm more wanting something like a Southwest Mesquite sauce.....exactly like the one they have at Harveys. Smoky and Rich with a touch of heat.

Not really racist! 01-31-2014 07:44 PM

the one they put in the bistro sandwiches

the old SW sauce they used to have for the classic cinnabata sandwiches was wayy better tho

Go through drive thru ask for fries with no salt when ordering.

Roll up to the last window.

Ask for packets of salt. :troll:

bcrdukes 02-01-2014 06:20 PM

When I worked at McDonald's, some customers would do just that. It's ironic because they were told/ordered by their doctor(s) to control their diabetes and their overall diet.

One older lady would bring in her note from the nurse and doctor so we knew she wasn't joking.

Alby 02-01-2014 10:00 PM

i always order fries no salt with tarter sauce and ketchup :D

Xu.Vi 02-01-2014 10:40 PM

The mcdicks I go to just double fry the fries to remove the excess salt LOL. Makes it that much crispier..mmmmmm brb going to get some now.

McDonald's Super Bowl Commercial Debunks Pink Slime McNuggets But Leaves Out What 'Seasoning' Really Means (VIDEO)

The other side of the story.

Apparently most things are bad to eat nowadays.

Ironically, it's the ignorant "saturated fat is bad" movement that caused them to replace healthy, naturally saturated animal fats with disgusting, chemical laden and hydrogenated vegetable oils

Fortunately the article you linked is filled with more idiotic scare mongering, pointing out miniscule amounts of bad things like TBHQ and dimethylpolysiloxane. As that is listed in the ingredients, TBHQ is in 0.02% of the total amount of the oil that the mcnuggets are cooked in. dimethylpolysiloxane is a naturally occuring organic silicone that is used in many products due to its anti-foaming properties. It is even used as an anti-flatulence medication :lawl:

So it's "bad" compared to some things (hunting for your own food, and farming for your own vegetables), and "good" compared to others (Subway, Denny's, Jack N' The Box, etc). But I am not too worried about it. I'd much prefer that they use real animal fat, but you should know what you're getting into when you go to macdonalds. Not the best ingredients, but as long as you don't eat there 12 times a day for 30 years, you will be fine.

Anyone remember how good McDonald's fries tasted back in the 90's?

Now it doesn't taste good at all, to me.

fliptuner 02-04-2014 02:13 PM

Same with how nuggets were made with dark meat in the 90's.
