Does anyone know?
 
If I buy a Rogers Phone like iPhone 3Gs can I use a fido sim card? I'm sure its locked to Rogers but then Rogers and Fido Share networks?
So would I need to unlock it?

Yes you would have to get it unlocked to use it on Fido.
