so i got this tour last week. it was working fine then all of a sudden on tuesday it messes up. i cant dial out. keep gettin a busy dial tone. also cant recieve any calls and data dosent work.

used to be a telus phone but it was unlocked and stuff. totally working fine till tuesday..................

reset phone?
resend service books?

keep phone on.
remove battery
wait 10 seconds
insert battery
turn phone on.


works on 8/10 bb problems.

k. figured it out. had to go to options. then mobile network. then network technology and switch it to gsm. after that you can change the network selection mode. change it and it works fine
