hk2000 from what I read on the internet physical damage is not unlocked until lvl 40, so you won't see doors bumpers flying off the car. But apparently now im just realizing all other types of damage are fully functional. When you smash into a wall it will fuck up your chassis and you have to restore it, or even in my case if your rub bumpers with another car even slightly.
RSN yea I'm done paying for this shit, not having any fun with the game at the moment.

The damage cost will always be half of the vehicle cost, same as the engine rebuilds.
crashing the car doesnt do any chassis damage and at this point chassis damage doesnt affect the way the car handles.

RSN yea I'm done paying for this shit, not having any fun with the game at the moment. | How do you know for a fact that the chassis is out of whack from your smashing? I don't feel any difference at all after my spec B driver just flipped my Ferrari (I'd have fed him to the dogs if he's a real person by now) and I went driving right after.
Is it just from the fact that somehow you CAN press the chassis rebuild option? I don't think that alone means your chassis is permanently out of whack it's just like oil change....you COULD change oil after a race but it doesn't do jack to your car....

Yep, let my lemming grind using the zr1 rm from lvl 2 to 15 must have smashed it countless times when I'm not looking but when I use it for the 98k circle to farm $, the top speed and handling still feels ok.
IMHO they should either implement a proper dmg/repair scale or take it out completely. Paying 500k cause i bumped into some tires at 40km/h is retarded. If I wanted to see a smashed up lambo or zonda I would play nfs or burnout. Posted via RS Mobile | |

Alright so I need some help, I started with the 97 EK CTR, did great with it and won all the amateur races up to the sunday cup (the first championship race set for level 2 I think).
By level 5, saved up enough and bought the 06 s2000, modded everything but the turbo.
Now whenever I do the races, I'm getting worked simply because im losing control of the vehicle when a AI nudges my car the slightest and I've gotten past the point of trying to tweak and tweak this thing. I always get spun out by the other cars on the turns with the slightest nudge...
Even if i'm not getting nudged, i spin out due to the oversteer...I know RWD is a steeper learning curve and all but should I just restart (if it's even possible?) and go with a FF car instead of FR? (or maybe a 90s rx7 or 96 lancer gsr)

37221 exp for one race... took 40min =.=
