Damn, I have to get this update! Sounds sweet. I haven't had anytime to myself since Friday evening as I picked up a new dog and spending most of my time with him.

Back to the GT5 grind for some exotic and Spoon cars!

OK so I have beaten the Fiat, CRZ, Challenger, and GT-R event - yet cannot even complete a lap with the RX-7. WTF! It understeers like crazy, eats tires, then spins out.

Arg!

The Fiat event took the longest to get the right lines. The GT-R event was fairly easy with the 09 Spec-V, impossible with the R33. The CRZ event was the easiest.

Love the online dealership! I needed a German touring car and there's none for sale in the dealerships, nor the used lot the past few days.

the seasonal events are all pretty easy...add a close ratio tranny and you're good. With the fiat you need a custom tranny set to the lowest top speed.

this is using the damn controller too, i just kept whipping the cars into turns totally scrapping the smooth apex approach

^ you must be pretty damn good, took me a lot of tries on the controller to get gold on all of them, particularly the tsukuba track with the fiat and clubman track with the gtr. But in the end I got em all, not in your fashion though except for the rx7 and crz race

Do you have Skid Recovery Force on? If so, no wonder you can drive arcade style and win. Turn it off and try.

fck yea skid control was on, I'm using a gotdang controller I'm not gonna go chasing a simulation fix with a controller. I only have ABS on when I use my steering wheel.

I also like using controller for rally events, it's fckin exhausting whipping the steering wheel everywhere when you're rallying, controller its just a flick of the finger
