I haven't played GT5 in 2 months straight haha. I went back to God of War 2 for a bit. I'm trying to get a platinum trophy.
I did however test my S2000 e-brake handle and it works which is good.. but I have no where to mount it. I have to construct some type of "center console" so I can securely screw the handle in.

i guess you can actually grind without physically doing any work...but your controller button elasticity will probably be messed up being pressed in for 48 hours..

u can jam the R3 joystick forward like the steering for the gas if you dont want to press the button
I honestly don't understand the people who need this kinda cash. I enjoy racing, I don't want to sit under SSR and do donuts just to buy a few more cars.
I think it's more for the xp, most people I know are already $ capped, heck I personally have 3 capped $ accounts just by doing all the season events and mailing my "alt" the cars needed.
Then again to do that nascar circle BS and win you need a super OP car like the redbull so means you already got the best car in the game (no need any more xp to buy it from dealer). I can only think one would need to farm the additional xp to purchase all the different color redbulls.
i tried getting into it again after having it on hold for like 3-4 months but found i got bored pretty quick.. also VERY glad i didnt end up getting a steering wheel

The steering wheel makes it so much more fun. I have found myself going back and redoing races with lesser cars to see how good my driving is - or doing the online time trials to see how close I can get to the best.
The wheel is certainly more fun to drift too. I've been taking overpowered cars with hard tires out and seeing if I can drift an entire track and still win the race. Its hilarious to pass cars on the outside of a turn while going sideways in smoke.
2. Fill out your info
**For Mexico and Canada Residents: Use a fake American Address to still get the code (Example- You can slam the keyboard for all of the slots and just make the state "CA" and the Zip Code "90210" and it will still work).** (Thanks to BigMackAttack from GTPlanet for the info)
3. Enter 841058005209 as your code.
Enjoy!
I prove3d last night this does work. The car itself is kinda boring and cannot be repainted from the awful purple.

this...any racing simulator is just a bland experience without a wheel. I've actually been getting more into this game now...but only A-spec 26...dont really want to grind just to get to level 40...do online races have better XP payout?
I've been however b-spec grinding...it can net you 500-700k CR each day if you have the automated grinding widget running on your PC

I've never had a wheel till GT5 and will never go back. Its sooo good!
I've been trying to gold the AMG special events, silver on most and gold on a few. Its been super rewarding to learn the proper lines of the 'Ring.
I've been doing 24hr B-spec races to get to level 40. Currently 38, hopefully a couple more and I'll have B-spec completed. I've been trying cars that are not in the 24hrs of Lemans to beat that race, like the Minolta, yet unfortunately many of them suck. Lots of PP yet doesn't translate into long term performance. I got the Minolta out front in a few laps, yet when I checked 12 hrs later it was down 13 laps
^My favorite event is the SLS-Tuned full lap at the ring (Dry).
Did that event over so many times but kept getting 7:06-7:08.
Finally got a 7:02 and saved the replay. One of the most challenging, but fun events in GT5.
