Phone suggestions?

recently got a new contract with Fido (after some major BS) and i'm looking to get a different phone.

currently using motorola rokr which i bought new (from hk) not too long ago. i was thinking of getting a bold 9000 (used) but i would like to hear your guys' suggestions.

realistically i'm only going to use the phone for: talk, text, browsing.

currently don't have a data plan but i could add one since my new monthly fee is very cheap. also, finally have a texting plan (2500/month) so i'd like the phone to have qwerty.

since fido has shit phones, i decided against getting the LG and the bb pearl at the time of negotiating with supervisor.

Lol
glad u got a good plan
if your not adding data, dont get a BB, as you would be wasting your money
if you will be, then go for the 9000 bold or be baller and spend more on the 9700

Give the iPhone a shot? or check out the N97mini

thanks will, and yeah if i get BB i will of course add a data plan or it's pointless.

bold 9000 would be nice but the 9700 is waaaay to expensive by itself.
are there any differences between the two besides the camera?

i've played with an iphone before (not owned), i just don't care for touchscreens
