Looks like a XM-26 (usually mounted on the bottom of assault rifles but can be used with a pistol grip as a stand-alone weapon) with some attachments. Can't tell for sure without a full-on side look.

That last episode has to be one of the best episodes of 24. Maybe the best.

^ Nah, it was good, but it can't compared to the gems from other seasons. S01E24 comes to mind.. and S02E12.
