Yesterday's News..but.. Rogers sues Bell for Network Reliability http://mobilesyrup.com/2009/12/01/ro...-no-customers/ as seen there the punch line most Canadians agree that network reliability is not something that can be claimed by a new, unproven network with no track record Roger's reliability claim can easily be falsified by using a NON APPROVED ROGERS HANDSET. heres are examples: a very small cliche population of the total traffic on rogers DOCOMO/Softbank phones. These things are shitty in reception ANYWAYS, thus customers call in and complain. It doesnt matter on the situation, the fact that this customer filed one complain will add to the many Rogers gets. Blackberry BIS Outages Your everyday "i have a blackberry" will probably not understand that BIS service is sometimes separate from Network reliability. They call in and complain, and thats another complaint on service reliability by customer Regardless, the move by Telus was most likely to cause public embarrassment more so than money. Rogers being a company on the TSE means they will see a dip Rogers pulls out the same trick against the much larger BCE to cause the same up roar and embarrassment Telus has done to them. |
