I read a study that chocolate milk is quite good for you and much better then stuff like Gatorade powerade etc.

2 cups usually, one with protein shake, one just normal 2%, does a decent job of getting rid of heart burn too

i use to drink 4L a day when i was a kid, now i drink about 3-5 cups a day

I'm east indian and I think that's a bit much! Are you at least tall? I didn't drink 4 litres, but I managed to grow to be 6'0.

i dont know why so many people think they missed out on 6" of height by not drinking milk when they were a kid. milk isnt some miracle height grower.
and i drink it not just because its good for you but because i actually really like milk. drank it my whole life. and im white.
