Without knowing the full story, it's perhaps premature to automatically break out the "bad driver" card. It might very well have been an "accident".

The driver is a champion race car driver...he raced in Macau and other places in SE Asia. He was in 1st in his Lambo GT cup race. His dad is the owner of a logistic corp.

Definitely not an average inexperienced driver...lol

judging by the damage, most of these exotic accidents included lots of speed, i'm sure your mom in her corolla doesn't drive as quickly.
