I wouldn't pay $200 to ride the valley... But, I did pay $200 to ride Vancouver to whistler. At least the whistler fondo ends somewhere cool with a party zone lol Quote:

Although that 93km/h max speed is crazy :p |
he hit the bike nos, bro! |
Just gonna throw it out there for you guys... I picked up two 3T Ergonova Pro handlebars (alloy - NOT carbon) but I'm having a slight change of heart on them. I still prefer my 3T Ergosum Pro bars. I can either return them (and take a hit on shipping) or sell them at cost for what I got them for @ $70 each. Both bars are a 44cm, centre to centre. (I will not be listing them on Craigslist or Pinkbike.) 3T Cycling - ERGONOVA Lemme know if interested! :) |
damn thats a crazy nos-spike to 93km/hr! |
Man can't wait for tomorrow. Gf and I are going up to whistler for the weekend. I'm getting dropped off in Squamish and will ride to Whistler. Gonna be a sick training ride! Next day we both ride into pemberton. Sweet getaway together lol! Posted via RS Mobile |
Anyone have a tall road bike for sale? A buddy of mine 6'1 is looking to get into road biking, preferably with STI shifters :) he should fit a ~58cm |

I went for a quick spin with a lady friend today, and we did the Stanley Park loop as well. No, I'm not on Strava, but wanted to see what the fuss was all about on Prospect Point. Did it in under 3. But only because the lady friend wanted to race me up. |
^I don't like you. I'm sorry :p How did you time it if your not on Strava? |
Max Speed 93.6km/h Where the hell did you go to reach that speed? I'm already shitting bricks at 60km :lol |
I did an evening loop out to Stanley Park with a buddy last night. It's been a while, and I too wanted to see the whole fuss about the hill climb, ended up at 3:39. I didn't realize where the start end points were exactly so I burned up a bunch of energy prior to the left turn, and eased up too early just after Prospect Point. I'm thinking 3:30 should be a good time once I get familiar with the turns and where I can give 'er a bit, maybe aim to 3:15 by end of the summer. Just need to plan the attack and strategize better http://app.strava.com/activities/585228 |

Happened on my ride yesterday to Iona Beach and Steveston. Stopped by my co-worker's house (full of glass) and speed spiked up to 97km/h. I was so happy for a second but I knew it was too good to be true. :okay: :fullofwin: |
