The issue with the cranks is just your personal preference. The frame itself is a beaut!

Preference aside, the reality is I'm simply not tall enough to use 172.5mm arms. I'm also not strong enough to ride standard crank (53/39.) I had FSA Energy cranks on my Diamondback and I didn't mind it despite the flack people give FSA.

The frame itself is "okay." If you want, I can sell you the frame for $600. The entire bike was dirty as fuck and I washed and waxed it earlier this evening. :hotbaby:

I <3 bikes!

Went for my first mtb ride of the season and was surprised at how great my legs felt the entire ride. I'm guessing it's a result of climbing on my road bike with a standard crank; when I have low gears on the mtb I can sit and spin and it feels effortless. It was a nice change to be in the forest bombing some rowdy singletrack too.

Orica-Greenedge still killing it up top in the general classification. Sagan still in the lead with the points classification.

kayceeee 07-04-2013 04:10 PM

although sagan's been keeping up with the green jersey, he's missed now like 3 stage wins by a fraction.:okay::yuno:

bcrdukes 07-04-2013 04:17 PM

Yeah, he needs to up his game. His main contenders are Cavendish, and the guys from Lotto-Belisol. I think it would be great to even see one stage win for him. Orica-Greenedge has a pretty good strategy and team this year with some deadly sprinters like Goss.

finally sagan with his first stage win :fullofwin::fuckyea::fuckyea::fuckyea::alonehappy: :awwyeah::victory:

There is a CAP's in Richmond, across from Lansdowne Mall.

#135 - 8460 Alexandra Rd.
Richmond, B.C. V6X 3L4

Pick up some cheap eats while you're at it. :)

bcrdukes 07-06-2013 10:21 PM

Anybody ever try this?

Anyone know what I need to adjust to fix this issue? Happens on the 1,2,3 highest gears. The Rear DR just slips out:

Do you have a bent derailleur hanger?

OTG-ZR2 07-07-2013 08:01 AM

I think I'm officially done. Took 3 weeks off, got a follow up fitting to adjust seat. Knee pain still returning. Almost unbearable sometimes. Did a measly 40k before I had to call it quits.

^That sucks dude. There is some exercises you can do to strengthen other parts of the leg etc which may help. Stop riding, and do some google searchin'.
